Fix premature ejaculation – is it actually possible? Masturbation Before Sex

The whole point of this tip is to get your first ejaculation out of the way. With the exception of first thing in the morning, the first ejaculation you have in the day is usually the quickest and the one that you feel goes out of control way too early.

So one way of lasting longer and training yourself to get used to it is to masturbate before sex, approximately 30 minutes before. This will allow you to recover sufficiently for the real thing and to then last much longer than you would have done had you not taken this preventative action.

For most guys, 30 minutes before is just about right. However, some guys are better off with only 15 minutes before or as much as 45 minutes before or even earlier. Every guy is different and the only way to know what will work for you is to try yourself.

Although this is only a temporary fix, your confidence will increase a little bit each time you do this and this will help you in the long term to fix premature ejaculation.

Desensitize Your Mind By Avoiding Pornography

I’ll tell you straight up that I do not have a problem with pornography or with other guys using such material. But if you want to stop ejaculation fast and you are currently a fan of such material then you need to cut down the amount of times that you use it.

As I’m sure you are already aware, the women in most such adult material are not at all representative of the type of women that you can meet and have relationships and sex with in real life. Porn gives you quite an extreme view of sex that is not at all like real life. This can make you over-sensitive and prone to ejaculating early.

I strongly advise you to cut down on how often you use it. Certainly, do not rely on using it every time you masturbate. That is definitely not a good idea. It will be hard to cut down at first but within a few days you will get used to it.

Triangular Breathing

Triangular breathing is a technique to fix premature ejaculation that usually works when you do it. Like the first tip, it will allow you to last longer temporarily but this in itself will lead to a long term increase in confidence in your ability to perform and therefore you can be cured of your problem.

Triangular breathing involves breathing in, holding your breath and then exhaling – but all three stages take an equal amount of time e.g. 5 seconds or whatever.

Try it and you should see that it helps you. It is not a magic bullet cure for premature ejaculation but there isn’t one anyway.
